As I understand it, Yukon gears are mostly imported now. Where they are imported from they wouldn't say, but my guess is China. They used to be and some may still be repackaged US Gears or some other brand, in a Yukon box. So unless they will open the box before they ship them to you and tell you what they are sending, IMHO it is just a crap shoot as to what you are getting.

What I did was call their 800 number and find some local distributors near me and then order from that local distributor. I was able to just drive and pick mine up.
