ew, got the bed too...

I think your good on the frame part; the frame's a good bit lower than where it looks like he struck you at

you might find that you'll need a new bed with that new door though...

The toughest part is probably going to be straightening out the back of the cab...

OH GAH MAN!. Sand it down. tack some clamps on, pull it with a chain and it will pop back out. Trust me I have seen WAY worse than that be fixed in about 2 days and cost less than $100. Or if you know someone who has a frame machine, have them put it on there and just pull it out anyway. Trust me its not half as bad as you think man.

I would take it to a body shop and get and estimate, and then give it to your friend and make him pay for it, that way you know it will be repaired right.

I would, but like for a truck that i paid 700$ for and thats my first truck. Why make him pay alot for something that he is capable of doing so. I know my truck is going to get more dents, not as big at those. But it seems pointless to get it fixed by a professional.

That was quick. I know the feeling, rolled my truck on its side, while having fun with friends (my fault though). Let me warn you, painting kind of sucks, unless you have a climate controlled booth, respiratores etc. I found it way easier to use the "Kolor-match" (?) car paint areosol bottles, they about $7/ can, but it coats really nice, with little effort. Bondo is easy to use, but you have to use way more hardener than the can says as Canada is colder. A space heater works wonders here. REmember, many think coats works well.

Oh yeah, there has to be a story here... spit it out.

haha, yeah it happened last saturday. And we started today at 6am. As for now thats all were gonna do for pullin next week he's gonna just fiber glass that area. I have a heated garage so i can let it cure. Hmm yeah, he is still deciding what he wants to do for paint.

the story
it just snowed, we were 4x4in in the new area.. no houses or anything. i spun out and hit a pile of dirt so i got out to make sure everything was okay. As that happens he comes around the corner and slids into me...
