fuse help

the panel that goes over the fuse box is gone on my truck. can someone tell me where to find what each fuse is? mainly the wiper fuse. i know the fuses are good but i want to check and see if i got 12 volts going into the fuse on the wipers. thanks

also found my problem, loose fuse in the block now i have wipers!
