You maybe OK with that clutch after you have the right gears. It is probably prematurely worn, but hopefully not trashed. You will know as soon as you get the 30's on because you will have essentially re geared it. If that fixes it, no worries. Just replace the diff's and put your big boys back on. If not, get a marlin clutch.
Sorry, I live in SW Missouri. But if you want to come out I'll be glad to help. I have a work shop to do it in. It would definitely be easier with two people.
Oh if you do replace the clutch, make sure to take the exhaust loose. I cracked my exhaust manifolds, Ooop's. Time for headers.

Thanks for the offer!! I would totally come over suitcase of beer in hand but Missouri is kinda far.
As soon as the rain lets up I will switch out my 32's and put em in storage
Hopefully I didn't trash the clutch.
Thanks again

A sad and happy day. I took off my Super Swamper tsl's and RC wheels and I put my stock wheels and bald as hell tires back on. The clutch feels perfect. No chatter no hesitation. Its like a new clutch perfect as can be.
I am amazed these SS tires would cause THAT much of an issue with my clutch.
You live and you learn.
Time to SAS and re gear.
I am lickin my chops!

if you ifs worked for what you do, just check with a toyota salvage for a set of front and rear 4.88's. Should run around $400. Plan a weekend for the swap. Maybe if you get lucky 2 to 300 for yours on CL.

mee too!
4.88's and an aussie locker in the rear. Nothing new up front... No 4wd until the spring when I can do the SAS. Hahhahah that will be weird. I will have to be careful where I go.
Man my truck looks small and weak without my 32's. I drove into town tonight like I was driving the wagon queen family truckster.
