Fuel tank drain plug?

Getting close to firing up my 87 4Runner that I just finished installing rebuild. Just got to add fluids and fire her up. But it's been sitting in the shop for over 15 years so I want to drain the fuel tank and out some fresh in there. My Haynes says there is a drain plug, but I can't find it. Do I need to drop bracket?

I would not pull the drain bolt. It will have so much corrosion on the threads that it will score up the threads in the tank and leak. I have done that twice. You can seal the threads with Red Kote. You do have to pull the skid plate.

I'll bet the in-tank fuel pump and fuel level sender are toast, mine failed letting it sit for about 5 years.
