I also took off the hose from the fuel filter and cranked the rig, and nothing comes out fo the fuel line. If I speay starter fluid into the T. Body, it starts up and runs for about 20 sec. and then dies. What else would keep gass from getting to the filter other then the fuel pump. any help please!!

Jump the B+ and the FP at the test point, Not sure where the 88 is but 89 up shows them all mounted to the side of the enginebay fusebox.
Turn the key to run and the pump should run, If not, Bad pump or intank wires.
If it runs only when power jumped then the EFI fuse, EFI relay, OpenCircuitRelay or the AFM Fuelpumpswitch has a problem.

EFI fuse is definately the first thing to check. If the efi fuse is good you can jump the terminals listed above and the fuel pump should run. You can then trace the wires to the pump and check for voltage. The pump itself is in the top of the tank, and I think you have to drop the tank to get at it, but I remember reading somewhere that certain trucks (ext cabs maybe?) have an access port in the back corner of the cab that you can take out to get at the pump
