Fuel line to an help

I have a 1994 pickup with a 22re I'm replacing all my fuel lines I have all new factory lines from the fuel tank up to the soft fuel line hose I want to connect my factory line to a AN fitting then to either a rubber or stainless steel line to another AN fitting to my fuel filter I do not know the best way to go about this or what sizes I will need I've never used the AN fittings so I dont know what all I will need and if I need AN 6 or AN 4 line I also own the Eastwood pro flaring tool so I can easily flare my own line if that's a better option I just cannot justify spending over 100 bucks at the dealer for the factory fuel line hose so any help from anyone who has made the fuel line with the banjo fittings before I would really appreciate

Ok first off please try to use periods. Makes it so much easier to read.

What is the point of you replacing the line with new line and fittings your not familiar with? Are you trying to relocate the fuel filter so its easier to change? If so there is enough line to relocate it if your creative.

Similar Issue

How's it going guys, Im just joined the page. I've been using you guys experience for years with my 86 Toyota Pickup 22r for years, thanks for the past help! I've been reading along on this one and I have a very similar Issue just closer too the fuel pump.

There are 2 short hardlines mounted together that run beneath the carburetor. On one end they are connected to the 2 short rubber fuel lines that join the fuel pump on the motor and on the other end they connects to another set of short rubber lines that tie into the hardlines that run beneath the truck.

The lines are joined together with 2 brackets on them, it got a pin hole in the line at one of the brackets. I had about decided I was gonna just bypass the hardlines with single rubber hoses, but reading on here beginning to second guess. It would be a short run of around 3ft, and I was gonna do away with squeeze clamps and use an actual hose clamp. In my mind I was thinking it would actually be a little less prone to leakage being as it would take out 2 joints in the ends and I can make up some brackets that will secure them where the brackets used to mount with the hardlines.

Anyone have any better suggestions or see any issue with doing this that I may be over looking? Sorry for the lengthy post and thanks in advance.
