front right side is low?

front right side is low?
hello i did search and i cant find out how to tight the torchien bars my front right side is low and would like to make it level and i have a 1990 toyota 4runner

Get under the truck, theres a big fat bolt right by the frame, just a little in front of the cross member.
Make sure you lube the bolt well. But they can break so just a heads up. If you can jack the front up so there isnt alot of weight on the bar so it lowers the chances of breaking.
