fried wires

I just started tearing apart my 22-re for a rebuild and everything was looking pretty noral till I took the throttle chamber off. All the ecu wires that run in between the intake manifold and the throttle chamber are crispy and deteriorating. I'm suprised they even conduct electricity at this point. Most of the wires under my truck are pretty bad like these but the Ecu's snake like thing is the worst. Can i get a whole new snake or will I have to rewire a whole new one myself?
