I have been having a problem with my starter doing the clicking thing off and on for a little while. I had put new contacts in before I put it on so I was kind of puzzled. I traced it back to my starter kill for my keyless entry that I installed a long time ago. Maybe the "kill" wasn't fully disengaging or the diode that is on the relay was bad. I just removed it from my keyless entry and that solved my prob. Just another possible fix.
