Angle shims will help out your pinion angle too.
The 5" Sky-Jacker Soft ride springs I bought for my 82 had angle shims on it. It's a much cheaper way to do it.

Make sure you are running a high pinion diff or transfer case or both to have the front driveshaft workable.Otherwise shimming or removal of front leafs is what I did to mine.

Is there really ay need for a solid front axle in Hawaii? I didn't see any boulder fields while I was there, just some dusty backroads that IFS would have done fine on. Where do you wheel in Hawaii?

By the way, that is a very clean looking setup there.

here you need permission and a key to be invited and a str8 front Toyota to get there.

Well apparently they are out of alot of things, I am tryin to order my 3" sas kit and everyone in the country appears to be out of the 3" leafs, so I may have to go with the 4" as well. What size tire are you planning on running?

I tried to reply to your PM, but it wouldn't let me PM you? I might be interested in your CV's and possibly your front diff depending on gears and if it's locked or open?

Speaking of Axles... I'm a new toyota guy, formerly 60's mopar street stuff. I'm pulling my hair out trying to put new CV's in my 94... if any of you guys know the little tricks that will make this easier it would be really appreciated, I'm in a wicked time crunch!!!
