fender flare question

fender flare question

i have some rust around the top of the fender wells. i figured i could get some flares to make the problem go away. what would be the best way to do this? im thinking i need the "cut out" flares but really dont know.

any particular brand (that doesnt cost an arma nd leg)??
pictures?
where to buy?

link doesnt work but i was wanting to know which brand everyone likes, or ones to stay away from...
