Failed emissions again

Ok so far we've got a working TPS, AFM, new plugs/cap/rotor/wires/O2 sensor, seafoamed motor, new radiator and cap, new belt..........

The high idle Hc went down a long ways, the low idle however went up? For some reason it still idles a little rough and wants to walk up from 800 rpms to 1000. Checking the plugs today and probably going to try adjusting the valves.

The strange thing is that it only does the funky idle thing once in a while, of course it did it while in the emissions booth.

Maybe your truck just needs a proper tune-up. Maybe find somewhere that will check all kinds of stuff like the sensors and others.

What I always do before emissions is run a tank of Arco Low Emissions gas, and drive a little on the freeway before I go. I have yet to fail on my tests, and the people say I pass with flying colors....

I took it to one of those places about two weeks ago for that very reason. 230$ later it ran worse.
