Any second gen runner should work I pulled mine out of a 93 runner but I'm not sure if all the runners had them or it was an upgrade? I have never seen them on any year truck I was getting parts from at the yard.

 

It was an optional package for the Xtra cabs and SR5's, though might be standard on a 4Runner. There's the 4-speaker and the optional 6-speaker 4Runners, my guess it the same on the Pickups where it's only on the optional upgrade.
