exhaust re-location question
well our main road to my house has pretty much given way to 2 foot deep ruts from people getting stuck, so i bent my exhaust today, and it is rubbing with the rear bumper. so for 200bz i can get a new louder, better performance muffler as well for another 200bz i can get a custom bent exhaust, and i want some ideas where i should make it exit? i was thinking the rear driver side wheel well but then i looked and thought...Where?...there is little to no room for it. so i am thinking, just put on the new muffler, and a short tail pipe pointing down... what do you think?

i want to just straight pipe it, with a fat exhaust, let the engine breath better with downey ceramic headers, but until i can afford them, i just wanna change from the Cat. back, no smog laws down here, so i can do anything, but for now, this will have to be my set-up with jut a new muffler and short tail pipe

i would love too, but i dont want it to go under my frame i would want it to go between the body and frame or between something so that it is protected if i drop my truck on rocks or something, and then i would do it like the FJ Cruiser 2003 concept, look at the back end and you'll see its coming out the rear divers side wheel well

so if you drop your truck on rocks, will it damage the exhaust? and nice truck by the way, its looks sweet with dual exit exhaust

Have it routed over the axle close to the body, and instead of havin the pipes go under the frame out to the side, run it just about to the bumper an down at a 45* angle. Virtually hidden and never goes between the frame and ground.
