bro, calm down, being a jerk to people who are tryin to help you is going to get you nowhere. he said check the timing because a LOT of people set it 180 degrees off. extremely easy to. so dont get your panties up in a twist. and he was KIDDING about grabbing a wire and cranking. so come on dude, cool it.
in cyl 2, is there spark? what kind of compression you getting? spark plug wire okay? spark plug okay? is it throwing a code?

I think if I continue to hear people say calm down to someone else on the internet I'm gonna go around curb stomping people.

Check the plug, check the wires and make sure you have them right and the connections are good. Check the compression.

It may not hurt to play with the timing a little bit.

Check the valves.

Did you replace the head due to a warped beyond machining or cracked head? Where'd you get the replacement from? Could explain some things.

Sounds like you're not getting spark to that cylinder, but it could be fuel. Check the injectors?

Look smart guy, if you are smart enough NOT to grab the wire, you MUST be smart enough to pull the plug, and put it into the wire, then ground the threads of the plug and watch for spark.

Right?

Ever had an irish carbomb? guiness stout in a glass, double-shot glass with 1 shot Jameson and one shot Bailey's. Carefully drop the double into the guiness and drink quickly. 3-4 and you'll be arssed out.

Don't tell DC... but I'm trying to distract him so another internet fight doesn't break out and you don't get upset about people telling others on the internet to calm down.
