engine is weak 92 3.0

I have a 1992 toyo pickup w/ a V6. the problem is it has no get up and go. its slow while goin up hills and just real sluggish. oil, plugs and air filter changed. is there n e thing i can do to fix the problem.

compression check,
clogged exhaust causing too back back pressure
