Engine ticking from driver side + rough idling

This is my first time posting on this site so just be aware that idk what's going on.

I have a 94 3vze pickup and the engine has just recently started ticking from the driver side on startup and idle. The normal rpms for cold and op. temperature have dropped to a lower value than before. Idk what's wrong with it. I'm gonna put a link to a video I've made of the sound and I hope I can get some insight on what's going on. From some of the other threads I've seen people saying it's bad valves, bad guides, lifters, a loose exhaust, injectors, fuel rails, low oil, bad pistons, etc. I just wanna make sure it can be fixed without having to rebuild the whole thing.

Thank you.
