I have an 88 toyota truck 22re. Sometimes when you get in it will act like it has no power for a minute or two then all of a sudden it will come out of it. Seemed to only do it when there was alot of moisture in the air right after or during rain or if there was alot of dew in the morinings. Now it seems to do it whenever and a lot more frequent. It done it the other day for a couple of days then quit for a day or two then came back it doesn't do it consistantly just real random I'm at a lost as what to do.

 

have you done the usual tune up on it?

 

Yes I just did the plugs, plug wires, cap, and rotor. I need to change the fuel filter havn't done it in a while, but it's done this ever since I bought it it's just getting worse now. The guy I bought it off of said that was one of the two things that he never could figure out on it.
