Eliminate the obvious thing first: have you adjusted your idle speed? I had the opposite problem with mine: after I got everything back together (having cleaned all the gunk off the throttle air valve) it ran fine, but would idle at 2000 rpm or so.

That is my next step. I'm going to take the throttle body off and clean it well. I'll post my results soon.

Problem persists

I have removed and thoroughly cleaned the throttle body. I don't suspect the IAC. I unplugged the TPS and It won stall anymore just high idle. At this point I'm taking shots in the dark. Any help is welcome.
