I need the location of the ECT sensor on my 3vze. I've searched my manual and the net with no luck

Please help me.

 

Behind the intake plenum, it's the plug in the coolant manifold closest to the driver's side. I believe it's a gray connector. This is the engine coolant sensor that goes to the engine computer, NOT the coolant SENDER that goes to the gauge cluster.

i tried searching for pictures, but i cant find any. anyone kind enouh to post a picture of a 2nd gen 4runner's ect sensor?

 

nm i looked harder. i found some pics. I think it is in the back of the engine, but I can't see or reach. Any one know the easiest way to replace the ect sensor on a 2nd gen 4runner? Or a cheap mechanic in Ontario, CA lol
