So ive had this problem for awhile along with the hot start up with a bad idle. Ive noticed whenever i go wheeling through puddles of water or even if its simply raining the engine will bog down pretty hard from 1.1k rpm to about 500 just about.

Question is this related to the hot restart and very low idle. (i also throw a code 71 every 600 miles or so) has done it for a long time but don't pay attention to it. it runs fine besides these low idle problems and wanting to die out.
