Elocker help needed ASAP!!!!!
I had my elocker installed cause i didnt have time to do it myself. Anyways its locked and the wiring guy has not finished the harnes but i need to drive it and the rear is locked. It sucks to drive. I hear that you can manualy unlock it while its installed? Can some one tell me how to do this please.
Im trying to go pick up some stuff from my fathers work and once its in the bed its gotta stay there. Going around corners this thing leans like crazy and will dump everything out!
Thanks

It looks to me like if you've got the electric motor still installed, you need to turn it the correct direction (I'd have the axle jacked up so it can't bind) to get it to release the lock pin. I'd do this through a resistor just to make sure that you don't short something.
The unit locks or unlocks depending on the polarity of the current going to the motor. I wouldn't start just running 12v to it w/o a resistor as I don't know what limits the current once it's bottomed..
