Depending on what it came out of. 89 4Runners are NOT the same as 89 Trucks. The part numbers are wayyyy different for everything from the ECU to injectors and on.
Always use the harness, injectors, TPS, etc etc (all the electronics) from your original vehicle. Toyota had a habit of changing the wiring harness about once a year, give or take.

TPS part number 89452-28030 is the same for 1989 4Runners/trucks and 1990 trucks.
Injector part number 23209-65020 is the same for 1989 4Runners/trucks and 1990 trucks.
I have the Toyota EPC for all North American Toyotas to 2004 and it sure makes finding parts a heck of a lot easier than being at the mercy of a parts counter person. I also notice a tendency to buy parts I don't really need too.
