electricale prob with 350 swap

Exclamation electricale prob with 350 swap

ok so im doing a 350 sm chevy swap into my 89 yoda pickup
i removed the wire harness that goes to the engine computer
but now mi accessories dont work is the ecm related or power the accessories? light radio blower moter etc?

No, look for something open near the main power supply

What year/engine did you start with? Exactly what accy's are not working?

I can check my diagrams to maybe find a common spot

it was an 89 toyota pickup short bed delux 4x4 22re 4 cylinder

nothing work!s no headlight no tail lights no cd player no wiper no nothing.

you removed more than your engine harness, I suspect.

sounds like the truck is revolting that chevy block

Hey yotamaster, you are stuck in Sarasota, FL too?

If you;ve been down here long you've probably seen my yota before the HG popped. black 2nd gen ok bfg ko's with "Pure Pressure Audio" on the bug guard.

I agree with them, you may have ripped out more than just the engine harness...

Check your major connections from the battery to the aux fuse panel.

Do you have power at your main alt stud?

Any pix of engine compartment.....may see something

The wiring harness contains the main relay I believe...
