need help with a 91 toy. pick up with a new rebuilt long block . Idles
and starts up fine , but when driving for 2 minutes it has a loss of power .You turn off the engine and restart the problem goes away for about three minutes . changed the
fuel pump- &filter , o2 sensor , what else could I do .Have another appointment w/ an elec tech tomorrow , he's the one tht told me to change the fp/ff/o2 .what else can I do or check
please this is a one ton work truck with zero
problems for 30 years until I ˟˟˟˟ed it up with a hydrogen gen
can you help me?

Grab yourself a copy of the Factory Service Manual (or go here: http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-buchanan/93fsm/) and and multimeter and measure resistance (ohms) of the following parts:

TPS
ECT
VAFM
O2 (or replace if you know it's been there for over 90k miles, they don't last forever)

Your electrician might also be able to help if you are unsure of how that works, just give him the correct ranges from the FSM (or he might have it already). The engine starts out in open loop and ignore readings from these sensors until warm, then switches to closed loop.
