EFI Relay?

Hey everyone - I just started re-wiring my 87 4Runner for my v8 swap and everything is going well except I can't figure out 3 things. Headlights, blinkers, wipers and the heater are all wired to factory settings and work great.

Here's what has me stumped:

Edition relay in the drivers kick panel: What wires do what? I know it has a ground,white/blue wire feeding the edition fuse, a black wire and a black/red wire. The last two im lost with.

EFI wire from efi fuse - seems like it is always hot (run, start off). Is this normal and what is this supposed to feed.

Engine fuse wire - seems like this one too is always hot.

Your help is appreciated - so far I have 40hrs into the complete rewire and next its on to the TBI harness.

Thanks
