ECM fuse blown, (+) short on O2 circuit

A couple years ago my truck just turned off while I was going down the interstate. When this happened I saw the EFI fuse blown, and incorrectly assumed that the fuel pump was overloading. I was trying to get the truck off the highway and bypassed the fuse with a wire (dont EVER do this!). This blew out a huge resistor in the ECM, and I was able to pull another from a junkyard thankfully.

Come to find the (+) wire to the oxygen sensor melted against the exhaust pipe, and shorted the EFI circuit. All because I didnt have the o2 wires harnessed down proper. Ive learned everything so far the hard way and have been so stupid, but maybe this will help someone else.
