E-85 conversion. What's needed?

Basically what the title says.

Is it a matter of changing out seals and o-rings, a new fuel pump or lines, or changing the parameters in the ECU. I imagine it's much less of an issue than GM leads you to believe with their "think green, go yellow" promotion. It would be intersting to hear everyone's ideas.
