Dropping 22RE in '94 pickup

For ease of reassembly, what is the best condition to drop in the 22RE? This was a complete motor rebuild, and so far I have the entire head and timing chain, water and oil pump, and crank pulley installed. Should I get the lower intake on? What else

Also, I've looked through 92 TOY's sloooooow rebuild thread, but could ya point me to a really thorough, reassembly guide. I took this thing apart without enough regard for what bolts went where, and now dropping it back in is a real pain!!

I've found the easiest way is to install the lower portion of the intake (with injectors, fuel rail and such), ALL accessory mounting brackets (the p/s ad alt brackets are best installed when it is out, they are a pain the yarbles to line up properly when the block is already installed), motor mounts and block-to-trans brackets (although, leave the bolts loose on those to make them easier to line up the bolt holes to the trans once insalled). Exhaust manifold is a matter of choice. I do it outside of the truck to properly torque the nuts.
Make sure you install the heater hose hard lines (under the intake manifold), fuel filter and EGR hard lines that bolt to the EGR cooler plate on the back of the head before install.

If you need help with any specifics, feel free to PM me.
I've done a "couple" installs.
