drivers side window troubles

So I have two problems with the drivers side window (92 pickup). The first is that the latch on the vent is bent, so the ent doesn't close tightly... it leaks in the rain and whistles like made on the highway. Is it possibly to replace just the latch and the bit of frame it's attached to? Can't find the part online, and don't have the time to go to a junk yard...

Second, the driver's side window itself is a little loose in the frame, so if I try to unroll it it cocks a bit sideways in the frame. I have to push down the window with my hand while simulataneously unrolling the handle to lower it. It doesn't get stuck on the way back up though. The frame doesn't seem bent, but I'm not sure how or why this would happen. Is there an easy fix?

First: Yes. Find or take the time and hit the junk yards, you may even be able to pick it up from a stealership, if you want to go that route.

Second: You need to reset the window in it's track, which is easy enough to do after you remove the door panel. Type "door panel" in the "Search" window and you'll come up with all you need to know to do this.
