I have a pro comp pre runner "grill guard" light bar and that one looks to be close to the same thing bolts on the bumper and you can hang lights on it but mine only cost $125 shipped to my door.

 

I have one that looks like it and I dont care for the way it looks and it is not real sturdy because it attaches with only 4 bolts, but it is very close to the downy one.


If you were in UT I would let You have it for $75
