Nope. I think the 4 runner doors are shorter length wise. At lease they are that way for 89-95.

If I had to guess, I would say they would fit. I recently parted out an '87 2wd Toyota pickup. It appeared that almost all of the sheet metal and glass parts were the same for 4x4s, 4x2s, and 4Runners. If I remember correctly, I sold the doors to a guy with a 4x4 truck, the windshield and one window to a guy with a 4Runner, and the inner fender assembly also measured the same as a 4Runner.

They will fit. The 1st gen 4runners and 2nd gen pickups had the same size door. It was the next generations that where different (2nd gen 4runner door is a few inches shorter then the p/u or 2dr 4runner).

Yes the doors are interchangeable. Truck doors 2wd or 4wd from 84-88 and 4runner doors from 84-89 are all interchangeable.

So let me get this straight: 2nd gen PU doors will fit 1st gen 4Rs. Does that mean the door panels are interchangable too?

How about doors between 1st and 2nd gen 4R's, or is it only the 2nd gen PU that swap onto 1st gen 4Rs?

The pickup doors don't have the lever to open the door from the back seat (on the rt door), but the doors will bolt right on
