Does this Bilstein install look right?

Front shock, top nut torqued to 18 ft/lb as the FSM says. Problem is the rubber bumper looks a little too squished compared to how the old shocks looked. For you other Bilstein owners, does yours look the same or did I do something wrong?

Your concave washers are installed backwards.

And don't put so much torque on that nut. Just enough to squish the rubber 1/4" or so.
