Update
I took it to a frame shop, but they want $150 just to look at it, so I started doing some measurements and found that from the lower arm frame mounts diagonally to the front bolt hole at the end of the frame and they measure the same on both sides leading me to believe the frame is square. Then I took another look at the passenger side and it only has a 1/4 inch clearance on that rod. I am now leaning to an alignment problem causing the issue. I am taking it to an old school guy on Tuesday to have him check it. I am to old he is the best around and still uses the old school methods of alignment. I believe the lower arms are set to far forward.
For now I have ground down the contact points on the pitman arm castle nut and so far have had no contact on the arm.
