i started my headgasket and timing chain replacement this evening and when i was setting tdc i looked at my rotor and inside the cap the contact points had a white crusty film on them i just replaced them 4500km ago but when i put them on i had some of that dielectric grease on the rotor so i am thinking this is the residue or this is normal to look like this could someone please help me thank you.
