if you want to disconnect your DRL's on your 91 4Runner, under your ashtray infront of your shift there is a cover, take it off. behind the cover you should see a grey box, take it out with wires still connected. cut the black with orange wire going into the box. CONGRADULATIONS you just disconnected your DRL's for a 1990/1991 4Runner.

actually, if u take teh cover infront of the shifter off, it's the yellow with black wire, if i recall correctly... it's in the end/corner of the plug to the gray box... trim that wire, and ur DRLs will nolonger work...

it is actually Black wire with orange stripe for the 1990/1991 4runners. from 92+ it was changed.
