Digital Speedo

OK, My Digital speedo on my 86 turbo runner just started to act up. It will basically stay at zero for a while, 15 minutes or so, then it will start to work...... Also My damn ALTIMETER doesn't work.

I got all excited when i bought the truck and it had the altimeter, just to find out it doesn't work.

Wow, so the only questions we can answer are,"Will my 31s fit without rubbing?"
