Diff/transfer case/tranny gear lube capacities? (Amsoil synthetic switch)

I'm just going through my owners manual here - I'm going to be switching my manual transmission (R150F mated to the 3vze) fluid to Amsoil Manual transmissin & transaxle synthetic gear lube (GL4) and the transfer case and front & rear diffs will be getting Amsoil Severe gear, gear lube. I'm just curious if you can confirm how much of each I'll need in liters as I'll be having it done by the dealership and I want to make sure I drop off enough.

Manual tranny (R150F) - 3 liters exactly of gear lube 75w90

Transfer case - 1.1 liters (at least that's how I read it?) 75w90

Front differential - 1.9 liters 75w90 (I have A.D.D.)

Rear differential - 2.2 liters - it says in the owners manual to use SAE 90 if you are above -18 Celsius/0 fahrenheit and SAE 80w or 80w90 if you will be below those temperatures. But Amsoil claims on their website that "AMSOIL SEVERE GEAR™ (75W-90) replaces compeÅÅÅors’ 75W-90 and 80W-90 viscosity grades."

I got the following info from AutoZone's website:

Transmission: SPEC-FLUID-TYPE/WT GL-4 OR GL-5 GEAR OIL; WEIGHT = 75W-90, 80W-90. Capacity = 3 1/5 Quarts.

Transfer Case: SPEC-FLUID-TYPE/WT GL-4 OR GL-5 GEAR OIL; WEIGHT = 75W-90. Capacity = 1 1/5 Quarts.

Front Differential: SPEC-FLUID-TYPE/WT GL-5 GEAR OIL; WEIGHT = 80W, 80W-90. Capacity = 1 2/3 Quarts.

Rear Differential: SPEC-FLUID-TYPE/WT GL-5 GEAR OIL; WEIGHT = 75W-90. Capacity = 1 2/3 Quarts.

They also have a Lube hotline you can call:
CALL 1-800-373-LUBE (5823) FOR TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON ENGINE OIL, GEAR OIL, GREASE & TRANSMISSION FLUID. OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM CENTRAL TIME.
