dies when i step on the gas

247,??? miles on it .

90 4 runner. been haveing this problem for a while now ...
I can get up to speed but it is real slow getting there cause if i push on the gas to far it just dies ..higher revs more i can push on pedal .I smell fuel .(rich) but I replaced the TPS replaced the fuel filter just because it was time .The motor is a 3vze throtle body . i do not know if it has a cold start injector or not but if it does could it be stuck so the fuel flows all the time .if so where would i look for the bleeping thing ?
and how can i tell if the distributer is going bad ? maybe week spark at higher rpms and it is flooding so it wants to die ?
replaced tps ,o2 sensor, pluges, timeing belt ,waterpump, radiator ,front oil seal and crank gear, starter. to much into it to say f it .

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE

CSI is shown in the manual. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...oldstar.pdfThe distributor going bad would have excessive play, not a likely issue. Weak spark would be more likely caused by bad wires, corrosion on the plug clips, dirty cap or rotor. All of those you can check visualy and with an Ohm meter. The coil inspection is also covered in your manual.I'd check the VAFM vane isn't sticky and the exhaust isn't pluged up, and the fuel pressure and volume are good.
