did i get a good deal?
i was in to get my oil change for my truck and i knew it had a oil leak and the machanic found it was the valve cover, so i got that done parts and labor came to 113.00...is that good?
also got my front brakes done, the pads were down to 15% life...that was 89.00 for parts and labor.
so do you think i got a good deal?
i dont know alot about prices and labor.
thanks.

yeah i did not want to do it.
they said the valve cover gasket is rated at like 50 min only...not bad.
im glad my oil leak was the valve cover and not something more serious.

Theyll be louder for sure, and i'm told the sidewalls are weak. How much are you looking to spend on tires? Dayton Timberline M/Ts are a strong tire for the price. I've seen them run anywhere from $115-140 a piece.

well to be honest, i just liked the look of the mud terrains. i would not be doing any hardcore off roading so the sidewall would be ok im sure.
but if there really loud, i dunno.
ill have to look into those you mentioned
