Well, I found a screw and put it in. It isn't long, it just touches it enough. It does not slam you into the steering wheel when you let off the throttle anymore (exaggerating...lol) but you get the idea. It still can be jerky like when you let off the gas right when #3 cylinder is about to fire (I assume) and then it jerks a little but that problem is fixed...now my idle still sucks but that's alright...probably a TPS/vacuum leak (which I KNOW it has a vacuum leak!(I can see a hole in the line and a huge crack in another))

think maybe your low compression in cylinder 3 has something to do with your bad idle? lmao!

yeah sure, I wish I would have taken a video of my idle before I decided to take the head off. You seriously can't even tell it has a bad cylinder. I didn't until I tried to reach redline...lol. It would hit like 4500 then stop. It now reaches the rev limiter. If someone says I have a blown head gasket again I am going to smack them.
