Crank pulley not seated all the way?

I've got two engines in the garage, and didn't think to pay attention on either one as to how far the crank pulley went on the snout.

When I reinstalled the crank pulley on the final engine, I wasn't able to just slide it on like so many people said they could, so I used a piece of threaded rod and some washers to press it on.

I wasn't able to get it on to the point that the crank snout was flush with the pulley, but it clearly wasn't going on any farther, so I threw the bolt on there and torqued it to 116 lb-ft, and it didn't move on any farther either.

Now that I've got all the accessory brackets on, they look a little off to me in relation to the crank pulley... so can someone look at the below pics and tell me if it's on all the way? I did happen to snap a pic of the crank snout before I put the bolt on.

When you torque the main bolt on to 130 ftlbs it'll seat either way but from what I see it looks about right. Check with your accessory items before you tighten the belt to make sure it lines up.

I forget what it is. 116 might be right but either way that amount of torque will seat it unless there's something behind it keeping it from seating all the way but it didnt look like it from the pics.

I'd pull that pulley off and see if the key is ok or if anything else is causing it to bind up.

Well I just dropped the motor in last night (what a pain in the rear). Before I did it, I did wrap a belt between the crank and idler, and the alignment looked alright. Before I put the fan/radiator/ bumper all back on, Ill bolt the power steering pump on and check it for real.
