Hello , I would like to check.if someone previously remove the wipers cowl cover for cleaning purposes. Mine is full.of leaves and wanted to know before I remove it. Should I only remove the screws or there is any clips ?

 

remove wipers , and then there should be 3 screws (phillips head) and 2 clips on the ends

You have to open the hood to see the screws and clips mentioned above.
Once you take the nut off the wiper arms it takes a bit of effort to get off. It's a tapered fit. Sometimes lifting the arm and rocking back and forth works, other times a bit of leveraged upward force is needed.
I put fine screen on the underside of my cowl vents to keep leaves out
