A couple quiestions please

Alright well first off I went to use my 4WD the other day and my light never came on so I figured something had broke again. Wellthe front tires still got power but the light didn't once come on. Today I was chaning my oil and saw some cut lines, there are 2 coming out of a plug on the front of the dif. Do I need to reconnect these or do they just trigger the light? And my other question is I have currently aprox 2.5'' of lift or somewhere in there, well I run 33x12.50s with very very minor rubbing uner hard articulation, so if I get a body lift (2'' I am thinking) can I safely run 35x10.50s? Or maybe even a 35x12.50?

The plug on the front diff is just for the light, it's a switch that detects when the ADD is engaged. You don't really need it, as long as you can remember if you're in 4wd or not.
