Lightbulb Cooler lines 95

Do these require a special tool to unhook the trans oil cooler lines (even possible snap rings?), or can I use a flare nut wrench? After inspecting under, there are multiple leak points along it, including possible o-ring replacements for the bends that connect to the body of the transmission. So I'll have to replace these lines.

On the topic of replacement, these lines are discontinued from Toyota. Anyone have the full part numbers or a source that might have these second gen lines? I try using the highlighted numbers alone but end up pulling multiple parts with the same # but followed by a dash and a new set of numbers. Frustrating! I've been mulling over a potential delete of the majority of the steel tubing for the lines all together, keep the ends and flare them, then run high heat tubing instead of sourcing new lines? Because it looks like my only options are fabricate or try to source somewhere.
