ok - ignore that. From the instructions at: http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/autohub/ I see I need all 4 nuts.

I'm guessing replacing the wheel bearings at the same time probably wouldn't be a bad idea. I think I'll pick up a new set of Bearings this week before I do mine this weekend.

Rinky, Yes, you use all 4.

Order:

Inside:
grease seal and inner bearing, put rotor on spindle

Outside:
-bearing
-thrust washer (new in kit)
-adjuster nut (new, same as the other nut)
-lock washer with tabs to bend over--one tab bends IN to keep the adjuster nut from spinning, the other tab bends toward you to keep the lock nut from spinning
-lock nut
(bend safety tabs after both nuts are on and torqued to spec)

axle needs small thrust washer and snap ring to keep the axle from moving INward (see previous pic) and safety bolt in the end of the axle (kept from when you took Auto hubs off)
