Converting built 22r to 22re

Hello there, the previous owner of my truck built up this 22r. I have most of the paperwork for it and I have read that cams that go in a carbed motor are different than an efi one. Is there anything else I should be aware of before I convert to fuel injection? Thanks

well there's a fuel pump in the gas tank not on the motor,
the entire motor electrical harness and computer, injectors ext.
2 fuel lines instead of one (I believe not positive)
that's all i can think of right now

If you want to keep the mods but get a little more usefulness (such as hill-climbing) out of your 22R, look into propane. It'd be a heck of a lot easier to do than finding and installing all of that EFI hullabaloo.

I daily drive this though. Would running propane have negative effects if being daily drove on?

Lots of taxis seem to handle it just fine. You'd have to check local laws on whether or not you can do the conversion for an on-road vehicle. Overall fuel costs should be lower too, though I think propane costs more per gallon you use less of it.
