Im going to replace the lower bushings on my '02 Double Cab TRD. Do I need something to compress the shock?

for future references, these are a total kit for 124$, dont waste your money buying toyota fronts for the same price. Just spend a couple hundred hours replacing everything.

I replaced my LCA bushings last spring. Made sure I slathered a bunch of anti seize into them as well as the camber bolt. My old ones were seized and I had to cut them out with a reciprocating saw. Found a pack of 4 bushings (rubber) off ebay for about $60.

Pushing them out was also pretty hard. First I tried a 50 ton hydraulic press, bushings still didn't want to come out. It actually bent the arm a bit haha Hit it with heat and they finally popped out.
