Cold start idle problems

Ok before I decided to post this I tried to figure it out but can't so I'm going to need some Info.

for the past week I've been having low cold start idle problems. It starts up good and all it's just the idle is low around 600 and when it's been driven for 5 to 10 mins idle rises to about 1100 and stays. I've changed TPS so it's new, I've checked all vacuums and no leaks, I've cleaned throttle body 3 times and I even changed out the air flow sensor. This is a 94 toy 3.0 pickup 4x. I do all my own maintenance which is on the regular every 6 months oil change and I did a tune up maybe a year ago. Pls any info will help. I've yet to check o2 sensor and I did do the jumping of e1 and te1 and no codes.

Did you remove throttle boy when you cleaned it?
The IAC valve might be starting to clog up.

Yes I did remove it and cleaned it the best I could and yes it did have crap inside. Don't know what's the best cleaner for that small hole. Was thinking about using thinner to clean it but not too sure if it's a good idea. Do you or anyone here have a better idea on what cleaner is best?

I have a question about the 94 toyota pickup 3.0 throttle body. Is coolant suppose to flow without restriction through the coolant passage on throttle body?

Figured it out. Coolant passage on throttle body clogged beyond saving. Luckily I have a spare motor with throttle body with a different style linkage for cables but will not hinder or make any difference.
